How to Use
Cook 250 grams arhar dal with mixed vegetables (your choice) for 10-12 minutes. In a large pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil or ghee. Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 dry red chillies, ½ teaspoon mustard seeds, fenugreek, and 5-6 curry leaves and sauté. Add the cooked dal and vegetables, ½ cup tamarind juice, and water. Stir well and add salt to taste. Add 1 tablespoon Jeeveda Sambhar Masala and bring to a boil. Serve with hot steamed idlis, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
