How to Use
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add 250 grams of mixed vegetables (such as chopped potatoes, cauliflower, beans, and peas) and fry until golden brown and cooked. In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil and add ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Add 1 tablespoon ginger- garlic paste and sauté. Add 1 chopped tomato and cashew pieces. Mix well and add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, turmeric powder and 1 cup water. Add 1 teaspoon butter. Then, add the fried mixed vegetables and 1 tablespoon Jeeveda Garam Masala. Mix well, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, dried fenugreek leaves and green chillies. Serve hot.
